I feel honoured & privileged to have been opportunity to serve as secretary of UPOA. To follow in the legendary footsteps of Late Dr. A. N. Srivastava, Dr. K. P. Srivastava, Dr. R.K. Shukla, Dr. A. N. Verma, Dr. S.C. Gaur, Dr. Rajendra Nath, Dr. S. C. Goel , Dr. Vineet Sharma, Dr. Ajit Saigal & Dr. Dhirendra Singh.

These past 18 month have been an enjoyable & enlightening journey. I have tried my level best to live upto your expectations.

This issue of UPOA News is timed to apprise all members about the activities of the past 4 month and notify the forthcoming elections of UPOA.
